Well.. As to many others this new patch is giving me nothing but troubles. I downloaded it and I could play for a while, when I exited the game and tried to logg in again however I couldn't. I get the launcher up, but when I do press the 'Play' square nothing happens... Heh well I won't likely be online until Blizzard has solved the issue. See you all until I get online again.

I can get on, my FPS says "42" but every 3 secodns it drops to 0 for a moment then it's abck to normal... Then it drops, then it's normal ¬¬ So, yes, I have tiny patches of freazing every 3 seconds. Also - MyRolePlay is glitching, my buff's are glitching (Won't show up top-right next to the map!) and WoW is glitching ¬¬ if I'm online, it'll be moving a character somewhere ready for when I can play again... Until then - Expect to see a little less of me ><

Agreed. the patch broke my Comp I think.
Thoughm your Buff's aren't bugging Fel, you'd need to turn on "Buff box" or somthing in interface.
It's terrible, all buffs go into one little box... but it's all we got now, damn Blizzard N00bs... making it easyer for new kids!

I've noticed this also, but there -is- a solution that helped for me.

Turn off ALL your addons and wait for the 3.3 versions, it makes your game go back to normal again.
(Well, at least it did here.. )

Looks like I'll have to do that, so long as I have my cloth switching addon I'll be fine ^^

This shit is really pissing me off tbh... Haven't been able to even try to logg in for 4 days now... *sighs*

Well, there are two issue's I see. One - You click "Play" on the launcher and nothing happens ¬¬ To solve this, go into your WoW folder and open WoW directly from the .exe file Razz

The second is people freazing or lagging, which I had. You solve it by turning off all your out of date addons. I have the most recent MyRolePlay, SexyMaps and SpeakingSpell along with Tongues working (They -are- the most recent versions I uploaded after the patch). I'm still waiting on Wardrobe-AI and a couple other addons, though, like GHI ¬¬ Anyways, if either of those don't work, I dunno... What's your issue exactly?

As you say the launcher is the problem. I have tried to run WoW via the exe file, but I don't have the permission to use it, it seems. A message pops up as I click on the icon saying: You don't have permission to use this file. Neutral

If you use Window's 7, do this - Local Disk (C:) > Users > Public, then right click and select "Properties" Razz

Go to Security and edit it so all users have "Full Access" and that should (If it lets you do it) let you Razz

It's what I had to do hen i first installed indow's 7 so it might be that... If not, or if you don't have Window's 7, I dunno :S Look at the tech forums, everyone's bitching about it

Tried everything they have said... Installing new files, new, new everything... When I run the comp in safe-mode and try to get access to the file I can't somehow... On wednesday a week has passed since this started... Blizz better fix it during the maintance thingy or imma cancel my subscription...

I am quitting now... There's no reason for me to pay for a game that doesn't work and believe me, i've tried everything already. I won't give up on this though, will continue trying. I'd also be very grateful if you decide not to kick me as I will keep trying to solve this. In case I won't return in game i'd like to thank you all for the wondeful time, will miss you all Sad

I'm not sure if it will help at all, Ant', but once i had to completely remove WoW from my PC then re-install it, you could attempt that, although im unsure if it will work.

I'm having a similar problem, and Blizzard know about it (I think)
If your loader is opening, but when you click "Play" nothing happens, this might work
There are a couple of files on the patch 3.3.0 known issues thread that should work, doing it myself atm because that's the problem I'm getting xP

Ok. that didn't work for me.
New plan, re-install WoW, then, on the login screen, turn the "Show Launcher" off, might let you go straight to the game... I'll feedback on that when I can.
